1. About Pathways

Pathways Project Limited (“Pathways”) is an ACNC registered charity focused on early intervention, harm prevention, mentoring, wellbeing support and referral pathways.

2. Non-Emergency Service

Pathways is not an emergency response, crisis counselling or clinical mental health service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact 000, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or another appropriate crisis support provider.

3. Information Only

Content on this website is provided for general information and wellbeing support purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Referral-Based Support

Pathways operates a referral-based support model. Where higher-level or specialised support is required, Pathways may assist individuals to connect with appropriate external providers. Pathways does not guarantee outcomes from referral or support pathways.

5. Mentors and Volunteers

Pathways mentors, volunteers and support personnel provide peer support, guidance and wellbeing-focused mentoring. They are not clinical therapists, psychologists, counsellors or medical practitioners and do not provide diagnosis, treatment or clinical mental health services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the site or our communication channels to harass, threaten, abuse or endanger any person, or to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and program materials, is owned by or licensed to Pathways Project Limited and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
