Founder Keenan Paewai has experienced both connection and adversity throughout his life. Growing up navigating identity, change, belonging, and personal challenges, he developed a deep understanding of how important community, guidance, and support can be — especially during difficult seasons of life.

Pathways exists to make sure no one has to walk through the hardest seasons of life alone.

Gemma is the founder of Bookkeeping Online AU, a previous Lifeline crisis support volunteer, yoga teacher, mentor and business coach, with a passion for supporting individuals and communities through both practical guidance and genuine human connection.
